These terms cover use of the Leviathan website, account system, Google sign-in, Microsoft/Minecraft linking and connected platform services.

By creating or using a Leviathan account, signing in with Google or Microsoft, or using connected Leviathan services, you agree to these terms.
Google sign-in
Google sign-in is an optional authentication method. Using it authorizes Leviathan to receive the limited identity information requested during the Google OAuth flow so Leviathan can authenticate or link your account.
Microsoft and Minecraft
Microsoft and Minecraft linking is separate from Google login. Minecraft ownership, profile and entitlement checks depend on Microsoft, Xbox and Minecraft services and may be unavailable when those services are unavailable.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse Leviathan services, bypass security controls, interfere with other users, submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
Service availability
Leviathan is in active development. Features may change, be unavailable, be experimental or be removed. Availability is not guaranteed and maintenance or third-party outages can affect service access.
Third-party services
Google, Microsoft, Minecraft, Cloudflare and other third-party services have their own terms and policies. Leviathan does not control those services and is not responsible for their independent operation.
IDENTITY
One Leviathan account can have multiple sign-in methods.
Google, email/password and Microsoft/Minecraft may be linked to the same Leviathan account. Leviathan may prevent linking when an external identity is already connected to another account, or when a change would weaken account security.

Respect the platform and other users.
Where Leviathan allows profile content, social links, feedback, uploads or community submissions, you must have the right to submit that material. Leviathan may restrict, remove or moderate content or accounts to protect users, enforce these terms or respond to legal requirements.
No impersonation
Do not misrepresent ownership of a Minecraft identity, another user, a creator, a company or the Leviathan project.
No abuse
Automated abuse, scraping that harms service availability, credential attacks, malicious payloads and attempts to evade restrictions are prohibited.
Moderation
Leviathan may investigate reports, suspend access, revoke sessions or restrict features when reasonably necessary for safety or platform integrity.

Leviathan is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios, Microsoft or Google. Minecraft, Microsoft, Google and related names and marks belong to their respective owners. To the extent permitted by law, Leviathan is provided without guarantees that every feature will always be error-free, available or suitable for every configuration.
