Version 1.1 ยท 8 September 2026

Official Leviathan builds are licensed, not sold. No ownership rights are transferred to the end user.

01

Limited end-user license

When an official Leviathan build is lawfully made available, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to install and run that official unmodified build for personal, lawful use.

02

No source license

Public visibility does not grant permission to copy, modify, redistribute, repackage, sublicense, sell or create derivative works from Leviathan proprietary source code or original project assets unless written permission says otherwise.

03

Prohibited misuse

Do not use Leviathan for malware, credential theft, account theft, piracy, authentication or entitlement bypass, license circumvention, unauthorized infrastructure access or misuse of protected credentials and tokens.

04

Third-party material

Libraries, APIs, game assets, trademarks and services from third parties remain governed by their own licenses and terms. This agreement grants no rights in third-party intellectual property.

05

Minecraft and Microsoft

Leviathan is independently developed and grants no rights to Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, Xbox or their intellectual property. A Leviathan account does not replace a valid Minecraft license or third-party entitlement.

06

Termination and reservation

Rights granted under this agreement may terminate after a material violation, subject to applicable law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
